  • Building the Albuquerque Baths site was an interesting project for two reasons: the look and feel had to match that of an actual physical space and it had a short development time period of only two weeks. Staying connected with your customers is vital in any industry so we added Facebook updates integration, a spam-proof contact form and a custom email campaigns using MailChimp.

  • Deconstruct the World is dedicated to showcasing the owner's varied artistic endeavors. Designed around the Russian avant-garde style and built to be capable of both displaying a wide range of media and being incredibly easy to update.

  • Dejha Colantuono is a singer, songwriter, performer, arranger who needed a web presence. In order to truly promote her talents the website needed to be focused on multimedia: sound clips, images, embedded YouTube video; the works. We even built in functionality so that select members of the music industry could download her new album to review it.

  • We have been working with Ditch Productions for a couple years now. They are a multi-media performance arts collective so naturally they would need the capability to present their projects on the web in a number of different forms. One of our main goals was to create a platform from which they could easily add content to their site update event announcements and gather donations via their Fractured Atlas portal.

  • One thing we specialize in is getting small business a foothold on the internet. Four Corners Hydroponics is a perfect example. Simple and elegant, they essentially needed an online business card, and we did just that. We worked with the owners to get a beautiful site design with beautiful and valid code, no frills just elegance.

  • Free Ice Cream is a hip hop project based in Brooklyn NY. And since we love hip hop its was very exciting when they approached us to design and build their web presence. We built a site where the end user can down-load albums (free by the way), listen to music, watch some videos, and find out about coming events (also free.)

  • The award winning author, Luis Urrea, came to us looking for a highly stylized site that he, being the prolific writer that he is, could cram to the gills with content. Blog posts, random images, calendar events, even his popular cartoons.

  • The Midwives Collective is one of our first and favorite projects. They needed a system in place to post announcements for gallery openings and open calls for artist submissions as well as display images of the collective's artist's work. We incorporated support for pushing Flickr galleries onto their site, which allows them to create set of images on Flickr that are styled to match their site and wrapped in a very nice Color Box box.

  • Pinch is a burgeoning catering company based out of NYC with a unique philosophy when it comes to cooking. And part of the challenge and fun or creating their site was getting this to come across via the web. The smooth, clean look hides a surprisingly high degree of technical complexity.

  • Roots Learning Center is a new gymnasium that needed a site to show off photos of the facility, give a listing of all their available classes, and an events calendar. We worked with their existing branding to create a website that shows off everything Roots has to offer while maintaining a consistent public presence.

  • Sage is a design build construction company in Western Massachusetts that needed a business website to showcase their completed projects, services they offer, and their contact information. The site itself was designed around the idea of being simple to navigate while giving our client the flexibility and control to expand the site as their company continues to grow.

  • We built Shank magazine to see if we could do it. We wanted to build out a muliti user newsletter site with a slight bit of punkishness. In essence the concept was to make a vertical news site w/ a number of organizational tacks in terms of subject and content. We still use Shank as sort of testing ground for new ideas and techniques in CSS3, Javascript and html5.
